17.11.2011 - STI continues to invest in international training of its staff

Matthias Haxter, Manager - Training, is now the fourth senior staff member at STI GmbH, to have attained the internationally coveted and distinguished status of "Aviation Security Professional Manager" from ICAO (International Civil Aviation Organisation).

With his successful completion of the final examination in Warsaw Poland, Matthias ended his three-month qualification course, which commenced at the Concordia University’s John Molson School of Business in Montreal Canada in August. This course is currently the highest rated training in aviation security management in the world.

STI’s Managing Director and CEO, Ulrich Dünnes along with Robert Salzwedel, head of STI’s branch office “STI Oceania” in Melbourne Australia and the representative of the STI offices in Dubai, UAE, Robby Salahuddin, are all prestigious holders of the ICAO Aviation Security Professional Manager title. "Whoever wants to play nationally and more specifically internationally in a leading role in aviation security must be measured against the best in the industry. This is the declared policy of our company.” said Mr. Dünnes who was the first person in Germany before Mr. Salzwedel and Mr. Haxter to bear the elite title of Aviation Security Professional Manager since 2008.
