3. I have lost my account access information for the NEOS Shop. What can I do?top

  • Please call the following page neos-shop.com.
  • If you have not got any access data, please contact the member of staff who is responsible for training in your company.


4. Do I have to do the whole course at once?top

No, you can work through the course at your own pace. Just remember that the course has to be finished within 90 days of initial activation.


5. How many attempts do I have?top

If you do not pass the course right away, you have two more tries. After every failed attempt the complete course has to be processed again.


6. I cannot take the final exam.top

This is usually because some content has not yet been edited. Please review the chapters again and check if any content has not yet been edited. Edited content is highlighted in light gray.


7. How long does the course take?top

The duration of the course is usually 4 lessons. Deviations may occur depending on the capabilities of the participant.


8. When can I start the course?top

9. When will I receive my confirmation of participation?top

The confirmation of participation will be printed on Monday and Thursday and sent to you by post.

Exception: Confirmations of participation for known suppliers of airport supplies are an exception. These are written and posted after receipt of the signed reinsurance papers


10. Can I download my confirmation of participation?top

This is not possible. After the course has been successfully completed, a confirmation will be sent to the main responsible person by e-mail. The e-mail contains a preliminary confirmation of participation.


11. When I try to log in to online training I get an error code. What does it mean?top

Below you find a list of possible error codes and what they mean. Please note that these error codes only apply to customer centre login.
