1. How long is course access valid?
After receipt of payment, the course access is valid for use 180 days from the date of activation.
2. Can access to a course be extended?
After the deadline you can extend the course access for a further 180 days for a fee (see prices for additional services). Please contact our support for further details and commissioning.

After receipt of payment, the course access to the online training is valid for 180 days from the date of activation.
4. How can I speed up the process of getting access?
The most important thing for a quick and smooth activation is the correct indication of the total amount and intended use. Please be sure to transfer it identically and not add any spaces or other special characters in the purpose.
