Additional services, which deviate from the standardized procedure, we are happy to meet. Following additional services we offer you for a fee:

For enquiries requiring an answer per post we charge an additional 2,80 € for postage and packing and VAT.
In general, payment of the fees (crossed check or copy of the remittance slip) is required before the service is provided. If you pay the fees by bank transfer, please state under use the transaction number or the reference you mentioned as well as the date and your company name.
