1. NEOS Shop
The NEOS Shop is an internet site through which responsible persons can order and manage the access for our online training.
All functions in the NEOS Shop are designed so that companies of all sizes can independently manage the persons to be trained and get an overview of the current training status.
2. Course participants
Participants will be the names of people who have received credentials to complete one of our online training courses.
3. Course access
The term course access generally refers to the possibility of being able to log in to the online training with received access data.
4. Online training
Online training refers to Internet courses that can be completed completely independently without obligation to be present at a certain place or at a certain time browser-based via the Internet.
5. Process
When you order access to a course, you receive an invoice. As soon as this invoice is issued, the order is known as a process and is assigned an event number, thus enabling a clear identification of your order.
6. Confirmation of participation
Upon successful completion of the online training, the student will receive a confirmation that s/he has passed the training. This confirmation is a piece of paper sent to your security officer by mail confirming your participation in the course.
7. Initial password
The initial password is used both in the NEOS shop and for access to the courses to enable the first login with the sent access data. After logging in with the initial password you will automatically be asked to give your own password, which will then be valid instead of the initial password and must be used to log in.
